Pens vs Bruins Preview!

Pens look to extend their winning streak to nine games!

Pens are 41-21-5 (4th in Eastern Conference) and Bruins are 40-24-3 (2nd in the Eastern Conference).

Player who is hot for the Bruins is Krejci. He has been doing well on a line with Lucic and Seguin. He had hit a slump, but now is surging back to the top of his game. This includes a hat trick on March 1st against the Devils. Pens will have to be sharp against him and his line-mates.

Pens have some hot players of their own. Staal has been on a roll for some time with assist in his last game. Plus his hard work on the PK and he is deadly on the PK.

Geno of course can't be counted out, he is hungry for his 500th NHL career point.

Flower goes into the contest with seven straight wins and looks to extend that. He has been in the zone and will need to be with Thomas at the other end.

Neal may not be red hot right now and hasn't had a goal in 19 games (I believe), but that doesn't count him out. He has great set up abilities and shots the puck a lot! So, maybe this will be the game to break him of his no goals.

Pens injuries include: Engo with lower body injury, Tanger with symptoms, Johnny with undisclosed injury, Sid with concussion-like symptoms, and Martin with an illness.

Martin didn't practice Saturday and is unknown for this game. I would suspect he doesn't play.

Bruins injuries include: Andrew Ference with lower body injury, Nathan Horton with concussion, Daniel Paille with undisclosed injury, Rich Peverley with knee sprain, and Tuukka Rask with lower abdominal/groin strain.

The Pens will have to get to their game and lay some heavy hits on the Bruins. Lets extend this streak to nine games!!
