The Penguins are in Montreal to take on the Canadiens. The Penguins are coming off a 4-3 victory of the New York Islanders last night. It was a hard fought battle for the Penguins and they came out with the win. Geno was playing at a top level and added scoring, finally. Not only did Geno get on the board, but Sid scored his 250th career goal and it was the game winner. The Penguins have gotten back on track, though at time during the game the Penguins were sloppy, but they pulled it together in the end. Hopefully, the Penguins keep the momentum going and have saved enough energy for tonight's game. Lets Go Pens!

2:53- NEAL SCORES AGAIN!! Geno drives down the center and works the puck around the Habs defense. He falls, but Neal picks up the puck to put it behind Price. Neal clips Geno while he is down whipping him around and he goes hard into the boards. The trainer comes out to check him, but he skates back to the bench.
3:24- The Habs are holding strong and are battling the Pens. The refs seemed to have swallowed their whistles during the battles.
6:30- The Pens are running out of time and are still down by two goals to the Habs.
11:26- Duper with a backhander is stopped by the pad of Price.
14:16- NEAL SCORES ON THE PP! Geno gets the puck in Neal's wheelhouse and he rips one over the glove of Price! 3-1 Habs
15:30- Gionta with a hooking penalty and the Pens get a much needed PP.
17:35- PACIORETTY SCORES! The Habs turn around and score once again. The Pens getting sloppy in this game. 3-0 Habs
17:58- Both teams are back to full strength.
18:55- PLEKANEC SCORES! The Habs get some time in the Pens zone and make them pay. Plekanec puts it through the five-hole. 2-0 Habs
20:00- Third period is underway! The Pens need to play hard and put some pucks behind Price! 4 on 4 hockey time! Lets Go Pens!
2nd Period
0:00- Second period ends and the Habs have a one goal lead over the Pens.
0:46- Maatta with a drive through traffic is stopped by Price! Quality chance for the Pens towards the end of the second.
2:06- The Habs get some good pressure in the Pens zone and force the Pens to ice the puck.
4:37- The Pens survive the Habs on the PP. Flower was huge on the PK and survived a firing squad as the Habs PP ended.
5:17- Flower making some impressive saves on the PK. Coming up big on the PK.
6:37- The Habs now have a regular PP for 1:58.
6:39- Flower covers the puck. Tanger and Gallagher exchange hits and Gibbons heads to the box. 5 on 3 for 2 seconds.
8:39- Sutter gets a high sticking penalty and the Habs will head back onto the PP.
10:35- Kuni whips a shot towards the net, but Price directs its over the net.
11:30- The Pens are able to kill off the Habs PP.
13:30- The Habs will get their first PP of the game as Niskanen takes a seat for roughing.

4:02- The Habs get some sustaining pressure in the Pens zone. Flower comes up with some good saves and the Pens are able to clear.
5:41- Flower comes up with a huge diving save denying the Habs!
6:45- Price robs Sid at the side of the net. Price coming up big for the Habs as well as Flower down at the other end. Battle of the goalies.
8:17- D'Agostini gets a chance in the slot and whips a backhander towards Price, but just misses the net. The Pens were able to sustain some good pressure during that shift.
11:37- White gets a chance down the wing, but Flower flashes the glove! Amazing save by Flower!
11:50- The Pens had some amazing chances on that PP, but the Habs are able to survive.
13:50- Briere unends Mattaa and the Pens are headed back onto the PP!
