0:00- PENS WIN 4-1!!!! GREAT WIN BY THE PENS TO GET BACK ON TRACK! KEEP IT UP BOYS! LETS GO PENS!!
1:00- The Pens are keeping the Preds at bay in this one!
4:00- The Pens are playing more of a defensive game, just trying to put this game away.
6:44- Jokinen and Neal get a chance on the rush. Neal attempts a centering pass to Jokinen, but it goes off the skate of Weber and Hutton makes the pad/toe save. Weber is able to get to the rebound and clear it.
7:40- The Pens are doing a good job of boxing the Preds out when they do make it to the Pens zone. The Pens have out-shot the Preds 30-18!
11:08- Flower shuts the door on the Preds to chances on the doorstep! Unreal saves by the Flower on Smith!
11:47- The Pens PP comes to an end. The Pens crash the Preds net at the end of the PP, but Hutton makes the saves!
13:47- The Pens will bring out their PP unit as Smith takes a seat for slashing!
14:30- Kuni was honored on the jumbotron for playing in his 600th career NHL game! Congrats Kuni!
15:12- The Pens with a great PK effort are able to keep the Preds at bay. Engo is finally released from the box! Per the Preds, Nystrom will not return to the lineup due to an upper body injury.
17:12- Engo is called for hooking and the Preds are getting a PP!
17:44- Bennett with a hard, solid hit on Ellis in the neutral zone!
18:57- Flower makes a great pad save. The Preds have changed goalies as Hutton is now between the pipes for them.
20:00- The third period is underway! The Pens need to keep the puck in the Preds zone, manage the puck, and not let the Preds get back into this game! Lets Go Pens!
2nd Period
0:00- Second period ends and the Pens have the lead 4-1!
0:17- Glass and Nystrom drop the gloves! Glass takes Nystrom down! Nystrom is bloody and needs help up...Glass won that one
1:23- SUTTER SCORES!!!! Jokinen starts the play up ice and Sutter ends it with a wicked shot that blows pass Mazanec! 4-1 Pens
1:39- The Pens have some good passes on the PP, but can't capitalize. The Preds are back to full strength!
3:39- The Preds will be short handed as Kuni draws a penalty. The Pens will head onto the PP as Josi heads off for holding.
4:18- The Pens are doing a better job of getting pucks on net and Mazanec is playing deeper in his net as a result. Much better period for the Pens then the first.
6:53- Geno is released from the box and the Pens had a great PK effort. Geno leads a play up ice, but the shot is high over the net! Mazanec playing deep in the goal again.
8:53- The Preds will get their first PP of the game as Geno takes a seat for hooking.
12:02- TANGER SCORES!!! Geno leaves the puck for Neal behind the net. Neal puts the puck right on Tanger's stick, he lets go of a bad angle shot that trickles pass the pads of Mazanec! 3-1 Pens!
14:17- Geno puts the puck right on the doorstep for Neal, but he is robbed by the glove of Mazanec! Highway robbery!
16:36- Vitale steps out from behind the net and lets go of one. Mazanec makes the save. The Pens getting more pucks on net and pressure in the Preds zone.
18:28- Geno feeds the puck out to the front of the net to Tanger. Mazanec makes the pad save and the rebound is just out of the reach of Neal!
20:00- Second period time! The Pens need to keep working hard, shooting the puck, and keep the puck in the Preds zone! Lets Go Pens!

4:04- NEAL SCORES ON THE PP!! Geno slaps one from the blue line and Neal redirects the puck right in front of the net! The Pens take the lead 2-1 over the Preds!
4:43- The Pens catch the Preds in a bad line change. Bennett with a chance that Mazanec saves. Sutter draws a interference penalty while driving to the net.
7:24- DUPER SCORES! Sutter with the help of D'Agostini wins the faceoff in the offensive zone and gets it to Duper. Duper lets go of a slap shot that finds its way to the back of the net! This game is tied up 1-1!
7:26- Tanger works hard on the boards to get the puck to the front of the net. Bennett gets a shot off on the doorstep, but Hutton makes the save!
7:47- The Pens PP comes to an end.
9:47- The Pens will get the first PP of the game! The Preds are caught with too many men on the ice.
9:48- The Pens start coming on strong. Martin leads a rush up ice, but the Sid and Duper can't get the puck on their stick in time.
10:48- Niskanen fans on a pass to his d-partner. Smith gets a slight breakaway, but Flower makes the save up high and covers for a whistle.
13:00- The Pens get some pressure in the Preds zone, but the Preds are able to clear the puck. The Preds are playing some really good defense. The Pens will have to outwork them down low and get some dirty goals to start.
17:32- BOURQUE SCORES! Klein fires a shot from the point, it goes off the stick of Geno then the skate of Maatta and lastly off the skate of Bourque between the pads of Flower. Preds take early lead 1-0 over the Pens.
20:00- The puck has been dropped at center ice! The Pens are ready to take on the Preds! Lets Go Pens!
