Hurricanes are No Match for the Penguins

By: MF, The Pens Hockey Show

The Penguins are visiting the Carolina Hurricanes for tonight's game. The Penguins had a hard loss to the Senators Monday, but look to bounce back tonight. The Penguins will have to do so without the services of Pascal Dupuis who went down during the first period of the Senators game. He will have to undergo ACL surgery and could be out for the season. Here is to hoping that he has a speedy recovery and that this injury will not be a season ending one. On another note, Flower will be making his 500th NHL career start tongiht! Anyways, the Penguins will have the services of Engelland since his suspend has ended. The Penguins could have Orpik back on the blueline, which will be a huge gain for the defense. The Penguins have ressigned Philip Sammuelsson to WBS. The Penguins may have more players returning, but it looks like it may only be Engelland and Orpik (maybe Tanner Glass). Either way the Penguins should come out with speed and get on the board early against the Hurricanes! Lets Go Pens!

The Pens lineup is as follows:

Forwards
Kuni, Sid, Vitale
Conner, Jokinen, Neal
Zolnierczyk, Sutter, Kobasew
Glass, Sill, Adams

Defense
Orpik, Engo
Maatta, Niskanen
Despres, Bortuzzo

Flower in the cage!
